Terms of Service
Effective May 17, 2026
These terms cover your use of OverDue at overdueapp.com. By creating an account, you agree to them. If anything below is unclear, email us before you sign up.
The service
OverDue is a task scheduler that organizes your week based on your tasks, connected recordings, and calendar availability. We may change features, add or remove integrations, or pause the service for maintenance. We will give reasonable notice for changes that affect you.
Your account
- One account per person. You are responsible for everything done under it.
- Keep your password to yourself; choose a strong one.
- You must be at least 13 years old to sign up.
Acceptable use
Do not use OverDue to break the law, harass people, distribute malware, scrape the service, or interfere with other users. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do, and we do not owe you a refund for the unused portion of a subscription in those cases.
Your content
Your tasks, notes, settings, and connector data are yours. You grant OverDue a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service to you. We do not use it to train models or sell it to anyone.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans start after a 14-day free trial unless you cancel during the trial. Subscriptions renew at the price shown at sign-up. You can cancel anytime from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months, but reach out if something genuinely went wrong and we will make it right.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can terminate or suspend an account that violates these terms, with notice when reasonable. On account closure we delete your data within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it longer.
Disclaimers and liability
OverDue is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that scheduling will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you should not rely on it as the only safeguard for important deadlines. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of OverDue resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
We will update these terms over time as the product evolves. Material changes get an email to your account address before they take effect.
