What OverDue is, how it schedules your week, everything it connects to, and what it costs. So you know exactly what you’re getting when we open.
What OverDue is
OverDue is an energy-aware task scheduler. You define the time blocks you actually work in, connect the sources where your work shows up (call recorders, notes, task boards), and OverDue pulls everything actionable into a triage queue. You approve what is worth doing, and the scheduler lays it into your week ranked by deadline, urgency, dollar impact, and the kind of focus each task needs.
How scheduling works
- Categories and time windows. Every task belongs to a category (Work, Personal, and so on). Each category has the hours it is OK to schedule into. The scheduler never places a task outside your windows.
- Four ranking dimensions. Each task carries a deadline, an urgency (P1 to P4), a dollar impact (direct, indirect, none), and an energy level (deep, shallow, admin). The scheduler weighs all four, so revenue work and hard deadlines never slip behind busywork.
- Busy time is respected. Connect Google Calendar, or add busy blocks by hand, and the scheduler works around every meeting.
- You trigger it. Hit Build my week and OverDue places everything, highest priority first, inside your working hours. Long tasks split across multiple sessions; your daily focus cap is never exceeded.
Capture anything, no connector needed
You do not need a call recorder to get started. Two capture paths work the moment you sign up, on every plan.
- Brain-dump box. On your dashboard, paste a brain-dump, meeting notes, or just type what is on your plate. Every line becomes its own task in the triage queue, ready to approve and schedule. Type ten things in ten seconds and watch them lay into your week.
- Email to task. Every account gets a private inbound address (find it in Settings, Sources). Send or forward any email there and it becomes a task: the subject is the title, the body is the notes, and attachment names become tags. Forward a client request, a receipt, or a note to self from any mail app and it is waiting in your triage queue.
Source integrations
Every source OverDue can pull work from, current and planned. Call recorders, notes apps, and task boards all funnel into the same triage queue so you triage in one place and the scheduler treats them all the same.
